No, currently, our subscriptions operate on a one-time purchase basis, allowing you the flexibility to select the duration of each plan, which can span from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, to 12 months, all paid in one installment.

You will receive a notification 5 days before your subscription expiration date, allowing you ample time to consider renewing or upgrading your subscription. Stay informed and take advantage of this reminder to ensure uninterrupted access to our valuable services.

Once a subscription expires, you have the option to either reorder the same plan or opt for a different plan and modify its duration as needed. This flexibility ensures you can tailor your subscription to best suit your evolving needs.

No, we regret to inform you that due to the nature of our service and the availability of the free 7-days trial plan, we are unable to offer any refunds for purchased plans.

The Winner Tracker Extension is a chromium-based browser extension that empowers you to:

• Easily determine whether a website is a Shopify store or not.
• Add any Shopify store to your tracked website list with a simple click within the extension.
• Add a flag that identifies Shopify stores on product cards in Google Shopping sponsored product search results.
• Add a flag that identifies Shopify stores on product cards in Facebook Ads Library product search results (available soon).

• Once your subscription expires, the following changes will take effect:

  1. All your tracked websites will be paused, meaning no further sales, updates, or new products will be recorded.
  2. You will not be able to add or edit websites in your list.
  3. If you’re on a paid plan you will be able to access your account, otherwise your account will be disabled.
  4. The upload function will be unavailable during the grace period(*).
  5. You will still have access to your account for a grace period of 7 days (*), after which your account will be disabled.
  6. After 40 days from the expiration date, your account data may be subject to deletion.

We recommend renewing your subscription promptly to ensure continuous access to our powerful tracking features and services.

PS: The 7 days grace periode does not apply to Free Trial Plan.

Of course, it’s recomanded to extend, upgrade or downgrade your subscription before the experiation date.

The remaining time of your current subscription value will be added your new subscription.

If your remaining subscription time is 10 days, and you order a new 1 month subscription of the same plan, then your new subscription will start now and expire after 1 month + 10 days.

If you order different plan, then the value of your remaining time will be calculated and added to your new subscription expiration date.

Our tool utilizes an adaptive algorithm to analyze website data and accurately detect genuine sales, updates, and new products. Its accuracy rate is approximately 95%. In rare instances, such as about 5% of detected sales, there may be occurrences where some sales are counted twice or updates are mistakenly counted as sales.
